NEW YORK, April 27, 2026 – Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. announced today the appointment of Kyla Robinson as its new Chief Technology Transformation Officer. In this newly created role, Robinson will report directly to President Amy Sullivan and will be responsible for leading the company’s comprehensive digital and technological modernization across its entire “Everything Home” ecosystem.
Robinson brings over two decades of experience in retail technology, having previously held senior leadership positions at major omnichannel retailers where she specialized in integrating artificial intelligence, supply chain automation, and customer data platforms. Her mandate at Bed Bath & Beyond will focus on unifying the company’s online and in-store technology infrastructure, streamlining inventory management, and enhancing the personalized shopping experience for customers.
“Kyla’s proven track record in scaling technology solutions within complex retail environments makes her the ideal leader to accelerate our transformation,” said Sullivan. “Her expertise will be instrumental as we continue to build a seamless, data-driven platform that connects every facet of the home goods journey.”
The appointment signals a renewed strategic emphasis on digital innovation for the home furnishings retailer, which has been investing heavily in its proprietary mobile app, smart warehouse logistics, and AI-powered home design tools. Robinson’s team will also oversee the integration of emerging technologies aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer engagement across all brand touchpoints.
Robinson is expected to assume her duties immediately and will be based at the company’s headquarters in Union, New Jersey.
